Works very well for allergies I was skeptical but it’s very good

For some reason Gourmanity has added 9 grams of sugar and glucose syrup per serving and if you're borderline diabetic like me you don't want that. The seller doesn't show the Nutritional Facts....so if you buy this and get it delivered you can't ship back...no returns on this item. Sugar will kill any Nutritional value in bee pollen.

This bee pollen is a very good quality. It is a great source of essential amino acids and vitamins which improves the immunity. Highly recommend it.

That no real pollen

I have never tried pollen before. Did not find it to be sweet like honey, just has a slight sweetness. I've used this product for the last few weeks as a "dietary supplement" to help me naturally feel more full and improve my mood, overall health and energy. I often snack a lot in between meals and because of that, I have put on a bit of weight, but now I find that after eating bee pollen (whether in a smoothie, applesauce or even on its own) I actually feel satisfied, full and haven't been snacking like I used to. I actually have a lot more energy and my immune system seems to have improved significantly, too! By far the most unexpected discovery and best part of eating bee pollen: as a woman I have always had absolutely debilitating cramps during "that time of the month" – I literally mean nothing takes that excruciating pain away – but since I discovered this product, my cramps were completely bearable and practically non-existent for the first time in my life. Who knew?![Packaging & Delivery]The packaging is as expected and arrived without incident. Delivery was fast and as promised.[Summery:]All in all I am very happy. I am comfortable with the 4 stars. I have no problem recommending Bee Pollen Granules or the seller.

I am interested in the health benefits of bee pollen and have hopes that it can help with allergies. I don't care for the taste of this bee pollen and I can be weird about textures and this is not for me. Those are personal issues and it may be wonderful to someone else.

Maybe all bee pollen granules are terrible. So I don't know if I am just inexperienced, or if they are terrible.I do not think bee pollen will change my life, mood, or other things.I do not see this as an ingredient I want to put into my face, or my smoothies.I do not want to put it on my yogurt, as it would make the experience less enjoyable.It is not sweet. It is grainy. When chewed, they have the texture of chalk. It is not "uniquely delicious." Unless they mean that as "it is not delicious in any way, and that is unique."The "red orange extract, giving a sweet and tangy citrusy taste" is not present. It does not "taste good" as claimed.I eat a LOT of different kinds of food, and I live with an award-winning home cook who has won 6-figures worth of cooking contests. I've eaten sweetbreads and brains, steaks and fish, fois gras and cheeseburgers. I haven't gotten COVID yet. My palate still works.But this does not.Sorry. Honest review.
