Q: Isn't this the same as Bissell 1806 power fresh mop but in green? Looking at specs this just has longer cord and more expensive. Anything else?.

It’s pretty much the same thing , the cord on the green one is way more heavy duty then your average household appliance.

Q: Can you use fragrance disks with this model? If so, which ones?

It is not recommended. This model recommends distilled water only.

Q: What temperature does it get to

I’m not sure about temperatures but I know my cleaning company uses it in a day care rest room. It never smells like urine any more. The steam mop eliminates the urine on the floors from the little boys who seem to have bad aim.
