Love this, bought it for my dogs crate and he uses it when he’s thirsty. Good quality

Good product
We have the water bottle attached to our dogs crate, so that we can be sure he can access fresh water in the night. It works well and he uses it. It does sometimes drip when not being used, however this isn’t to problematic as the crate has a plastic floor. All in all, it’s does what we wanted it to do.

Small puppy - difficulties releasing the water
Whilst there are plenty of other similar bottles, I wanted to purchase from a more dedicated, focused, and trusted brand so was prepared to pay a premium. The biggest issues was that my pup (a Shih-poo - Shih-Tzu x Poodle) at around 8 weeks was too small (about1 kg) and unable to move the ball bearing sufficiently to release the water by licking - so perhaps look at something else for small puppies.The clamp is good, the plastic bottle is a little thin and the neck of the bottle is very small - surprising small given the size of the cap / dripper though suspect this may be a design feature(?) concerning the flow of water. /

Leaks from day 1
The media could not be loaded. Im so disappointed as I wont be able to return this item, as I’ve got rid of the box already and the bottle is No use to me when leaking, after spending £16 on it. Nightmare! Do not buy!
