The media could not be loaded. Wow, what a fantastic projector this Yaber ACE K1 is ! The projector looks great, its lightweight, quiet and delivers picture quality up to 4k. The set up is simple and it has auto keystone, auto focus and an array of controls to adjust picture quality.The quality is superb for under £500.You can also connect it to Bluetooth, stream from iOS and android direct to your screen with no latency issues in a split second ! The sound quality is also really very good having a built in 15w speaker that delivers plenty volume and bass . The YABER ACE K1 is a great projector, especially for the price point, so my star ratings above consider how affordable it is. There will undoubtedly be projectors out there that are better, but they'll cost a lot more. I replaced a top end projector which had served me very well for around 20 years! But the Yaber compares really well. The picture is bright, the noise when operating is perfectly acceptable, even when sat very close to the unit. Connectivity is easy via the HDMI socket and I've hooked mine up to an amp and larger speakers via the outputs on the back of the projector. The built in speaker is not bad, you can certainly hear it well, but for a larger room or the upgrade in sound quality you get from bigger speakers, it's worth it. The image is clear, but I had to play with the settings for a while to get a colour balance I was happy with. But then you have to be realistic when comparing to colours you get on a modern TV, as the same quality of image on the screen size you get from a projector would cost BIG bucks. The only other real minor criticism I have is a small amount of blur in the corners of the image when using the horizontal correction. Due to the shape of my room, I can't quite have the projector pointing directly at the wall at 90 degrees, so the horizontal correction is an essential feature and works well, but it does affect the focus a tiny bit from the centre to the edges of the image. But it's not a big issue and I can certainly live with it. You don't really notice much once you get into watching things. You can airplay your phone or tablet straight to the projector too which is a nice built in feature.

Very surprised at the quality of the picture, and the distance I used it from gave approx 100 inch image on to a white wall. Used in a room with a dimmer switch which allowed me to reduce the light without sitting in darkness if I wanted - usually easy to do by swapping wall switch and light bulb. Very easy to set up and the image adjuster built in means that if the device isn't completely level or straight on to the projection surface then it doesn't matter as it can correct it. Build quality was good and ceiling mounted using a 3rd party mount. Having a built in speaker is really useful as avoids need for extra cables and expense. Very responsive supplier overall very happy. For the price, absolute bargain and quality. Used an Amazon firestick for content, images from YouTube and BBC iplayer.

I didn’t have high hopes as I’d tried a projector at this price before and found that the only improvement over my cheaper one was that it “felt” more expensive. The box it came in fell apart as I unboxed it which made me sceptical (probably to do with the weather in hindsight)Anyway fortunately once plugging it in it I was really impressed.PICTURE - top notch, I was sat 2 metres away and it was like being in a cinema. Great colour range and deep blacks, its a definite step up from my cheap projector.SOUND - as with any projector you can’t expect great sound out of the box but its not tinny and has a good bass and to be honest I’ll happily just stick with the projector rather than bother plugging in extra speakersSOFTWARE - very easy to use, quick and responsive. Had no problems using it without reading the instructionsIN THE BOX - remote - HDMI - power cable - RGB - everything I needed to plug in to my games console and get going straight away.I haven’t got an ideal setup as I’m in an old house with no big flat white walls so I ended up having to use a window blind installed at the foot of my bed which is why having a projector with autofocus and a digital zoom is vital.TLDR - Brilliant projector at a good price. Worth paying the extra if you’re looking between this and a cheaper model.

This is real nice projector. Very easy to set up and use, even using controls on top of the projector. Picture is very good in very light conditions but is better in dull lit areas. The sound from the built in speaker is very good with good quality of sound espescially with films with lots of sound effects. Auto adjustments work very well and so are if one sets to manual setting. Customer services if required are very quick to respond resolving queries immediately. Very nice product.
