It works! But put it on quick and close your eyes, or they'll burn!
This stuff works! I'd been getting lash extensions for over three years and decided to stop after moving far away from the gal who did them for me. My mom had extensions she wanted to remove, too, so I removed mine first then she removed hers. This product has the consistency of Vaseline, but less moist and sticky, if that makes sense. The instructions provided are minimal. Here's what I did:-I used a q-tip to apply it on the inside of my lashes, near my eyelids.-GO QUICK when you do this because it starts to burn after ~30 seconds and it will continue to burn for about 2 minutes. I didn't know this... but due to the burning, I didn't get the product fully on both my eyes on my first go-round. So get it on quick and shut your eyes! Or do one at a time.-After a couple of minutes, the burning stopped so I opened my eyes and got distracted with something else. After 4-5 more minutes I used a makeup remover wipe to wipe my eyes and I'd say 80% of my extensions came off. This was because I didn't get to fully apply it.-I applied another round (quickly!), and they all came off after this. I lost some natural lashes, but not many (I only noticed a few extensions with natural lashes attached). When my mom used the product, she put it on both eyes quickly, closed her eyes and counted to 2 minutes. She then washed her eyes in the sink, and all of her extensions fell off without the appearance of pulling her natural lashes with them.

The best!
I tried a lot of products and oils to remove my eye lash extensions let me tell this product in 3 mins and they are out without damaging my real lashes! It does burn your eyes but put patches under your eye and do one eye at a time!

Easy to control, works great
This remover has a thick cream texture, making it safe and easy to handle even for beginners. Removed lashes within a few minutes. The price is also reasonable

Works as intended
I purchased a different brand of remover, and it was a big fail. I also tried the “natural” method of coconut oil. Fail. After reading through all the reviews for this one, I was a little worried because many mentioned intense stinging. Well, I suppose any product that uses a chemical reaction to loosen the sturdy waterproof glue used for lashes is going to sting if you get it in your eyes…and knowing that, I kept my eye CLOSED while applying. No sting. I applied using a little paintbrush, very sparingly, to each area of glue along my lash line. Kept the eye I was working on closed while using a magnified mirror. I didn’t need to rub it in or anything. Kept my eye closed. Let it sit for about 60 seconds. Kept my eye closed. Then used a cotton swab to gently “roll” the lashes off. Still keeping eye closed. They came right off, and I then immediately washed my face/eyes with facial soap very well. Repeated for the other eye. This glue works perfectly well and yes, would sting if you don’t keep the eye closed or used so much it somehow started creeping into the crevices of your eye, but I didn’t have that problem. This jar will last foreeeeeeever too.

Finally!!
Ive been doing my eyelashes for almost two years and have been searching for something super user friendly to remove lashes (or a rogue cluster) and I just keep my eyes open and dab product on a q-tip & apply on the lash I want to remove VERY carefully. My natural lashes and I are grateful!!

BURNS! TERRIBLE PRODUCT!
I wish I could give this 0 stars! DO NOT put this on your eyes! I am experienced with extensions and saw this had good reviews. I used the end of an old makeup brush to put it on my eyes and let it sit on my eyes (which were closed), to remove my extensions. I even used gel eye pads under and over my eye to help keep it closed while it sat. All of a sudden my eyes started to burn terribly! I can’t explain how bad it hurt, I seriously was scared I might have done some damage to my eyes. It send sharp pains through my eyeballs. I immediately rinsed and went to clean off my makeup brush and I noticed the remover took all the paint off the end of my brush… I think there might be acetone in this… DO NOT PUT THIS ON YOUR EYES. Nothing about it is “gentle”!
