Yes they really work
I have an mdf board under my turntable and had cones between it and a base board. I replaced the cones with these and really did notice a difference. Bass was tighter and more articulate. I also put them under my cd transport and noticed a small improvement. May be some confirmation bias involved but at this price I don't care. You can pay hundreds for audiophile devices that work in a similar way.

Not good
They actually amplify vibrations. I fixed them by taking out the ball bearings and sandwiching a thin piece of cork between the 2 pieces and they sound much better.

Good for turntables perhaps? BUT for subwoofers...
I really wanted to like these. I'm in the process of rebuilding/upgrading my home theater setup. I added a couple of subwoofers to my setup and recently installed SVS isolation feet to a 10" Klipsch sub which made dramatic improvements. When I saw the Monosaudio advertised as turntable AND subwoofer isolation feet, I had to give them a try.I compared them with the SVS isolation feet which are pretty much considered the defacto standard, and they just don't work out for subwoofer use. First issue I ran into was you're limited to their mounting hardware, if that isn't threaded to accept a 7.6mm x 20mm mounting shank, you're done because it's screws into the isolation feet, unlike most feet that would go through giving some options for various diameters of mounting hardware. The other issue for a speaker mounted isolation foot is that while these do look nice, the ball bearings are not held in, so lifting a speaker to move it around will be a daunting process.Perhaps these are non-issues if using them for a turntable or whatnot, but for me, they're a no go for speaker usage. They do look nice, aside from one a couple of them the black label that goes around the diameter of the foot are already lifting up.
