I wanted this to work so badly. My milk supply was taking a dip and bought a bunch of lactation products. I didn’t notice a huge increase after drinking this. The flavor is good, but has a bit of an earthy taste due to the different herbs. It doesn’t completely blend, but I give a good shake before each drink and it doesn’t bother me.

As a working mom who has exclusively pumped for now 3 little ones, I've found that I'm not a big fan of the pills but this drink mix has a decent flavor though slightly over powering. I mix it with part water and part coconut water and I'm able to keep my supply up enough to both store in the refrigerator as well as freezer for later use.

the taste of it is not very good BUUUUT if you put it in a smoothie it masks the taste and you get the milk increasing benefits! would def buy again my next breastfeeding journey

I don’t normally do reviews but I wanna help anyone who’s supply is up and down like mine. The best flavor is blackberry lime. I started by going through the box drinking two a day to get my body used to the product. Now whenever I notice my supply going down I drink two in a day and gets me right back up.

I have a couple of Milkflow products and I will say the blackberry lime is the worst one. Its very sweet and there is no hint of blackberry or lime! It does work well though and I have seen my milk supply increase. I loved the chocolate one and the berry.
