It depends on your hair needs. If your hair tends to be naturally dry and needs a product that adds oils and conditions whilst cleansing then yes, I would recommend you try it. If you are looking for a shampoo that strips your hair leaving it squeaky clean feel, I'd probably say no this is perhaps not what you need....good luck

What's the difference between the moisturising shampoo and the cleansing cream shampoo?

Hello Okky. I alternate between the cantu moisturising shampoo and herbal essence moisturisng shampoo because my hair likes them. I have found the cantu mosituring shampoo is less striping to my hair than other shampoos I have used. It both cleanses and moisturises! If you have afro textured, curly, kinky coily hair, I would definitely recommend the cantu shea moisture. I have not used the cantu cleansing cream unfortunately, but if you check the ingredients, if Sodium laureth sulfate is the first ingredient and you decide to try it, please be careful because the Sodium laureth sulfate is the main ingredient that is harsh and strips the hair.
