HeadchefLady Cuboid Grinder 4-Piece, Size 55 mm, Pink

Received this end the of november but wanted to use it for a while before I wrote a review and I'm glad I did because today it's all gone wrong :(When I opened and held this beast I was like omg its a door stop lmao it is heavy!I have bad hands because of arthritis, this design called to me and it is like there's nothing in there when grinding, it's easier on my hands with the corners to grind than it is holding a circle lid and base.It is awesome but I do tent to grind whilst holding it upside down because unless you put lots of your oregano in there at the same time it won't grind fine and I like a good fine grind rather than chunky in these hard old times of ours we are currently in.I love the design, the tactile feel even tve weight is hefty like you know its in your hand and you won't knock it off anywhere because you forgot it was there.The teeth are so cool and they're very sharp!The way you can take it apart abd clean it all is a big bonus!Negatives tho, sadly there are a few;The coating on the outside that makes it it's lovely colour comes off so easily, it's looking like I've had it a year but I've only had it a few months.It can get clogged around the outside edge of the grinding part to the point it jams and you can't open it, I started oiling it and that's helped but the ring on it is plastic and its collecting bits and you can't get it off for anything so once you've used it for a day after cleaning stuff gets stuck to it and causes it to seize again.It's a brick! It's a table grinder if that's a thing that's what I'd call it, it's not something you want in your bag or case it's heavy, if you drop it on your foot it will hurt.It's not discreteThe worst of all is just now i was using it and i heard a click, took the top off to find both the magnets that hold the bottom teeth in its bed have come away, looks like the soldering or whatever us used to keep them in has not actually connected like it was too cold so the maygnets are actually only held in by the size of them and i suppose every tine ive used it it has affected them and now they have come loose and won't stay in so the lid of my grinder pulls the bottom teeth out and it attaches to the magnet on the inside of the lids rendering the grinder unless :(I am absolutely gutted, I've used it for home never outside the house because it's too big, I've used it like I've used my other head chef products and its failed me :(This is now only fit to literally use as a door stop!It's lasted just 4 months of every day use.The return date was the 31st of January so nothing I can do now but be gutted, I am going to message amazon and see if they can send a replacement as this is defective and unusable now.

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend who uses the funny oregano on a daily basis for health reasons and after a few weeks of using it this is her verdict transcribed through me.The magnetic are a decent strength and make it a lot easier to open and close the herb grinder compared to her old screw one.The dust collector is amazing and one of the best parts of the grinder.The weight, shape and size feels really nice in the hand.The only let down is they could be another set of teeth as some bits of funny oregano fall through that are not as fine as she would like but another set of teeth would make this perfect.She likes the teeth on this grinder as it's simular to the plastic ones she likes using but again it could use more of them.But overall she's very happy

This grinder straight out the box wasn’t great, it didn’t like to drop all the herbs and spices down into the mesh bit. However I have drilled some holes around the outer edge and now it works amazing. Really comfortable to use and amazing how it all takes apart to clean. Overall if your looking for a good grinder out of the box, this probably isn’t the best option.

Very nice quality grinder that works excellently. Everyone knows the best grinders are those plastic cheap ones with the triangular teeth. Well this has them, in metal, they remove for cleaning and the grinder is square making it easy to grip. Best grinder I've ever had.

Great item, easy to clean/take apart and put back together, easy to use.

I like the shape and I like the magnetsBut I had to glue one of them back in after a whileit also gets very dirty very easilyAnd I noticed the teeth on one side are blunt and not sharp anymore and won't cut as wellBut when it was new it would shred very well and they'd be big chunky bud if that's what you like then this is very goodThe weight and shape is easy to hold with hand-eye coordination issues and easily grinds when cleanVery sizeable so not good for traveling but it also won't fall over easily or get lost so good for home use

Its well made but the sections are not well designed so product at every section spills out the sides. It also doesnt grind particularly well.They missed a trick by not giving us alternative options for the teeth, the standard ones are not good, and the holes are far too small, I might even drill them out to be larger myself.Love the concept, but execution is not great

Save the cash and get a Krush grinder V3.0 easy on the hands and high quality.
