I suggest you contact the company, Ateco, through their website. Otherwise, the set is pretty inexpensive. So, perhaps just buy the set and then you will have extra molds. If you were having 4 people for dinner, the most efficient way to make stacked, molded salad is to make all four in molds at the same time.

Q: Does anyone try to use this mold to make a mousse?

Please explain what you do with the acetate plastic to store the mold. Do you line the mold with the plastic?
