Solid steel construction. Looks like a bent piece of 3/16" steel plate with two bolts and nuts running through. Adjustable minimum door distance from wall (or baseboard) would be 1.5" and maximum outside distance (measured to the inner edge of outside roller) is 3.75"Max door thickness is about 2.25" if the rollers were all the way to the limits.Includes two screws.Can't tell if it's powdercoated of painted. Looks like a "orange peel" powder coat finish.Rollers are steel. I would recommend the manufacturer switch to black Delrin for the rollers.

Very Good Guide for Barn Door
This is a very good guide very sturdy however the screws they give you are junk I tried screwing them in the wall on a stud and stripped both of them. Reason for 3 star.
