I roll around a lot, usually between side and back sleeping. Tried the pillow cube which honestly worked nice but not for if I shifted on my back, this one was recommended by a friend to solve the issue and it's super comfortable. The dip in the middle makes my neck feel way better back sleeping and the divots for your arms are great for side sleeping.My only con is the thickness. For me personally it needs like an extra inch in height, but that hasn't stopped me from using it or it from working for me.Note: I bought two and kept one. The Queen size is just a little smaller than a standard sized pillow and is the one I kept. The Standard size for this pillow is small like a travel size. This is something I would have totally known if I had paid attention to the dimensions in the listing, but I paid for my hubris by having to make an exchange.

initially is very hard to get use to it, took me two weeks to be frank,it is not very soft and stiff,but after a month not cervical pain and a huge reduce of my migraine to one episode a month,from two per week...i tried to go back to my regular pillow becauae missed the hug part of it ,but i always end up switching back to this one in the middle of the night, benefits in the morning make a huge difference..i just will say give it a try minimum two weeks,even the first night despite the hardiness of it you will see the results in thw morning,

Es una de mis mejores compras. No es barata para ser una almohada, pero cuando duermes tan bien, realmente te das cuenta que vale la pena invertir en ella. Quizá no es para todo el mundo, pero quienes la han probado en mi casa la han encontrado muy cómoda. Yo duermo de lado y boca abajo, y me da excelente soporte en el cuello y hombros por lo que evita dolores. Pensaba que sería muy dura y por ende incómoda, pero es la dureza la que da soporte, sin que sea demasiado alta para que la cabeza se acomode. una cosa excelente es que es muy fresca, no se calienta. Amo mi almohada.

Since purchasing this pillow I've slept better than ever, no neck pain. Great to switch between side and back sleeping.

I had been having neck and shoulder pains with my previous ergonomic pillow after using that for two years. I wasn't sure how Elviros Cervical Memory Foam Pillow would feel considering it's highly unusual design. But my doubts have been banished since my first sleep and I have no more pains in my neck and shoulders. I love the features of being able to slip my hand on the sides of the pillows being a side sleeper. And while lying on my back, the pillow prevents me from side sleeping so much since that isn't good for my back. Having lower slipped disks I have to be careful with the choice of pillow and I am so glad I got this pillow. Highly recommended!

Just got the pillow and it's soft and cozy. 2 nights in and im waking up with no kinked neck.
