It works and I think it will help the crumb in my sourdough breads. You can use the rough stuff in other ways, like outside dusting of bread.

Price was the best I could find..Got this for chalk pastel making.. Works great for what I need it for. But It is very small, about the size of a tea cup saucer.. Was worried the mesh would not be fine enough. But it was what I wanted

I actually got this to use as a type of sifter for my bonsai jack and other soil less growing mediums when i wash/sanitize it but the holes are wayy too small. If the holes were a little bigger I prob would have been bought 5 more. I like how its 2 inches of the siding so it help hold stuff in when i go to hose it down or pour vinegar over the stuff. It works great for washing my sphagnum moss except for those darn tiny squares getting easily clogged.

Turns my home milled durum wheat into the perfect fineness for pasta.
