CRAFTSMANTool Chest, 41-inch Rolling Tool Chest, Steel, 6 Drawers (CMST34062BK)

Came with some dents from shipping, not that it wasn't packaged well; it's just so big and heavy. The dents I can live with, since I'll probably add some of my own, but the overall sturdy construction is fantastic. Nice wide castors that help with rolling this bad boy around. Great to have a work bench right next to where you are working.It comes shipped assembled except for handle and castors...quite a job to turn over to attach the castors, but that's the price you pay for heavy duty construction. Adjustable/offset ratchet wrenches are the proper tool for the job, caster wheels are in the way to use a straight on power driver. Very happy with purchase and my neighbors all want one after seeing mine.The "drawers with soft close latching that will not slam closed" feature is very odd and takes some getting used to as you have to pull harder to get the drawer open. Not sure who would have a use for this in a tool box...seems like a solution in search of a problem? Other than that it is a great work bench.

Bought for my fiancee. Perfect size and he loves being able to roll it around.

I liked it... Heavy, so probably plan on putting it together where it lands then roll it into the shop. A couple of corners were out of shape, nothing the rubber mallet couldn't sort out.Mats are precut and paper towel rack is magnetic (both nice surprises) Good buy for the money... Plenty of room for those big tools that lived in totes next to the roll away chest. Lol

One drawer will not open and my choice is to have them send me a new product and I would have to send this one back. It weighs close to 100lbs and is very large. I have no way of getting it to UPS or anywhere else. Not sure I would ever get this again

Perfect fit for my garage work space. Rolls under my Craftsman Work Bench and then rolls out to give me an L work space. Drawer sizes fit everything from small items to large electrical tools. Drawers slide in and out easily as advertised.

The rolling tool cart was nice, however if you wanted it to come without damage, the current packaging they ship it with is not good enough. It was fine for me because I didn't expect it to arive without damage. I can see how others might not be ok with it though.

It took two tries to get a usable product. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. However, the packaging was inadequate for shipment all the way from China. The first item delivered had bent and dented sheet metal and drawer mounts were broken and the unit was unusable. The replacement delivery had bent and dented sheet metal but was usable. Drawer mounts were at least intact and functional. For almost $500.00 I expected a more robust product and better appearance. After two tries and the effort at setting up this 150 pound item I am NOT happy with bent sheet metal and dents in the product but I have to weigh the time and hassle of getting a third one against just making do. If fully intact and showroom perfect, it would be a good enough product. Bent and dented, not so much.
