Perfect replacement
A broken jug? No problem, this was perfect and did the job, but as a branded replacement I expected nothing less!

Not quite 100%
I was in a desperate hurry to get this as I had just broken my other one and I use my KitchenAid every day to prepare my dogs food. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was that the fact that it had a small imperfection in the glass, which I hope isn't going to prove to be a problem further down the line! Not sure that Quality Control were doing their job on that day!!!!! I was very pleased with the quick delivery though.

After my previous jug broke, I was very happy to find I could replace it without having to buy a new blender. It is very satisfying in this day and age of throwing things away, that there are certain things that can still be repaired! Fitted perfectly a 12 year old motor.
