I couldn't be more humiliated. I knew when I opened the packaging that it wasn't going to the BEST quality table but I thought it would get the job done. The bag was super flimsy and made of what felt like a thick paper but eh, the table seemed alright. I WAS WRONG. Today I had a 250 pound client come in, it was her first massage and she was a little nervous but excited to relax. A few seconds after I put her in the room to undress and get on the table I heard a loud crack. She asked me to give her a minute and when she let me in, she had tears in her eyes and I saw that the wood in the table had broken in half. IN HALF! I'm absolutely mortified and so was she. This is literally every LMTs worst nightmare...and it happened to me today. No matter what I said about the table being faulty and poorly constructed she blamed herself and her weight. PLEASE do not put yourself through what I'm feeling right now. Spend the extra 50-75 dollars and get a better table. The description says it's rated for 450 pounds but there's no way. On top of this probably costing me business, my clients self esteem is bruised and battered. I've learned my lesson as far as cheap equipment goes, learn from my mistake.I'm going to go crawl into a hole and never come out now.

Tables are very cheaply made, and i do not expect to keep them long before they break on me, to be honest. The carry bag they are with is also very cheap and would not hold long, and the head cradle mount is made of plastic, which will also easily break. It was an easy and quick solution for us, as our clinic needed new yables very quickly, but I am sure that down the line, we will have to replace them very quickly and will end up costing more in the end. :(

I bought this table for my wife's present for Christmas. I love the way the legs unfold by themself, I really like the width and the length. The few inches extra are worth the few extra bucks. Most importantly, she loves it and says the comfort is identical to the once they use in professional spa. It doesn't squeek or bend when my wife gets on it. I'm quite pleased with the product. Only one minor negative thing, it came with a minor hole, defect in the fabric, on one of the arm rest... I'll contact the seller on how to repair the defect.

When I first got the massage table, there was a small rip on the side of it. I looked past it and started using it for my mobile massage business. After 5 treatments the head piece started loosening to the point where it would completely collapse. I had to get a wrench to tighten it. After about 3 more treatments the same thing happened and I had to tighten it again. I have whiplash clients so this is a huge concern for me! I always test the strength of the head-piece before they lie on it but still... Its a big inconvenience. I use a bigger higher quality one at home and it hasnt had this issue at all in the past 3 years. Pretty disappointed.

I liked this product for its easy assembly and disassembly. Simply unpack, unfold and it's ready to go. You have to tighten the buttons (screws) on the legs before and after use. Just bend the lower rod and it's ready to be put away. Came with good accessories but have not used them yet.Worth the money. Recommend it!
