Does what it says...
After a very surprising diagnosis of high bad cholesterol and low good cholesterol, I wanted to try a natural option first. Without any diet or exercise changes (as both are excellent), this changed my cholesterol from 1:0 (good) and 3.8 (bad) to 2:0 (good) and 3.4 (bad) within 6 months (and I didn't take the full recommended dose and often forgot a couple of times a week). Overall came down from 6.4 to 5.7.

Very difficult to swallow
The product is effective at reducing cholesterol levels (for me, anyway) but is horrendously difficult to swallow! It isn't coated, is quite large, and even broken in half the tablets are still bulky to swallow. The only way I can do it is to shove it in my mouth just before swallowing food that I have chewed and is ready to go down my throat. It's also quite expensive, but needs must and I have found it effective where it counts.

Not bad deffo work but they are expensive and not easy to swallow

My daughter's blood test showed high cholesterol. Only time will tell from the next blood test if it works.
