It's not as described - I didn't see much different but to be fair I only used it twice, I'm not good a wearing the shields - they make me gag! So although i have given 3 stars, it might work if you persevere. I feel a bit guilty about my 3 star review because others have raved about the product on here. I would give it one star if I was completely sure I had followed thedirections, but I am not, hence 3 stars

My teeth went lovely & white, I knew I'd need at least 2-3 applications over time, I went to bed for the night, woke up that morning, and looked at my teeth and they were back to my original discoloured shade! I brushed them and they were still yellow, my friend is a pro teeth whitener with a very expensive ssalon accredited UV light that she works with and even she was shocked. I've been wanting white teeth for years, I'm so self conscious of them and I dinally found someone to do it cheaper, I was so excited, slept so happy and woke up to disappointment! Gutted.

I Love the fact that Nutrismartworld zero peroxide is zero peroxide free. It has made my teeth whiter in such a short time. I found the company very helpful with a quick reply when I contacted them on a question I asked about where best it was to keep the product. No sensitive teeth after wards like some teeth whiteners do. Highly recommend this product. After looking up the company I found out they do other health products which I will be able to order and save money. THANK YOU

It may have had a very slight whitening effect, but it didn't do much. It did make my teeth and gums very sensitive - but any of these products will do that. I can't really recommend it.

To be honest i havent used it properly yet as it says for 14 days straight!..hard to remember,but i have noticed a small difference,very awkward. without the gum tray...you def need one of these... il try it again from tonight..

didnt really whiten my teeth much

I was surprised that this gel was so easy to use, and it only needs 15 - 30 minutes. After using it three times my teeth are looking whiter. I can recommend this gel.

Item came quickly but there s no mouth guard though there is in the picture so had to wait for one of them to come which also was nt great .i followed the instructions and there was no change in the whiteness of my teeth after a few goes ,I also felt quite sick which put me off any more attempts
