These smell good, and taste amazing. I've already used them to make chai tea and I'm not sorry. The only thing to know is that these are shorter sticks than some of the others. Doesn't make any difference for my purposes because a pound is a pound.

This product doesn’t smell or taste like real cinnamon

This is really concentrated stuff. A little goes a long way. I prefer milk chocolate type strength and just a teaspoon not heaping will make a smoothie really good, I use honey as a sweetener. The chocolate is unsweet, just the chocolate flavor. Initially I used a tablespoon and it came out tasting like really dark chocolate, so you can adjust to your liking and it lasts a long time on the shelf. I really like and a bag will probably last you months. I think it is great and should you try it, I hope you do too and find just the amount to use for your purpose. So in summary it is highly variable in strength, you choose!

I use a bit when I bake cinnamon raisin bread or oatmeal cookies, oatmeal and it gives it a wonderful taste.

If this is the real cinnamon, then we were all wrong all our lives!! Smells and taste very weird...anyways I will update after using it for the purpose I bought it for...to drop my blood sugar ...not sure how got thousands of reviews 🤔
