I love this. I regret not getting one sooner
I love this. I regret not getting one sooner. Following a leg injury, my physio recommended getting one. A couple of weeks using it and i'm back running.The lighter, middle section is great for taking away - I took with me on recent holiday.Initially, can be quite painful to use - in a good way - but the more it's used and as your muscles become accustomed to the pressure, the pain subsides. Benefits are great.

Excellent Roller
I've used a few foam rollers at the gym and liked them, so thought i would get my own, i do about 15 minutes per night on this, this one is far , far better than the gym ones and get very deep into the muscle, which is great as you feel great after use!Very happy with this buy

Great space saving roller.
Very sturdy foam roller (I can stand on it without the shape changing). There are three different textures included. The black cylinder comes out to give another texture.I have been using the roller on my calves, and vertically in between my shoulder blades.I have a cheaper roller but that is just foam with no support and no texture at all and this one is so much better, I can feel it working so much better. This is not very wide. Its wide enough for both legs, and having a third texture inside helps it to be so compact.I got this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. I am very impressed with this roller!
