Warranty misleading
We purchased this system in March 2023 with 1 year warranty. All was well and I really like the system. It started giving us issues recently and I rebuilt the system to see if there was anything going on in the OS. Regardless of what we did, the system still crashed often and threw out errors. The warranty was for a year and while being without the system for a few weeks would be difficult, we went ahead to get a warranty repair. HP informed us that the warranty had expired in October 2022 and when I spoke to HP they verified the situation.I thought I had a year warranty from when we purchased it, but that is not so. It's a year warranty from whenever this was ORIGINALLY purchased from HP. Feels like we have been scammed and will provide additional details once we get this all sorted out. For now, all I want to say is beware.

Caution! Purchased laptop through this site which stopped working, directed to HP Warranty. Shipped to HP, and HP says resaler tampered with laptop by adding NON HP Parts, so warranty not honored! ****NO PHONE NUMBER OR WAY TO CONTACT SELLER, SO CAUTION before Buying****
