Good colour and quality.

Very concentrated. Only need a little to get a good red colour

This product is suitable for vegans, many are not! It also maintains its flour well during baking so is excellent for colouring cake batter. It blends well and there is no after taste. It is versatile and can be added to icing and buttercream. It leaves no residue stain on the bowl.

Positives first - Very easy to use, don't need much for a good colour to come out so long lasting too.Negatives - came late due to strikes but what ya gonna do. Also the colour was not as bright as the Wilton one. I have both and this one comes out less vibrant. I needed it for Christmas cupcakes so it wasn't really an issue for me.Have attached pics - the first one is using this leaf green and the 2nd one is using Wilton's. Obviously also depends on the amount you use. Hope this was helpful!

Great food colouring, true to colour without vast quantities needed and didn't affect the quality of my icing.

Intense colour great for red velvet cake

Colour was as expected and easy to use, good value and arrived quickly.

I used this gel food colouring for red velvet cake which came out good, then when I used it for my icing the red colour was more of pink than red.I emptied the full bottle but no good result, even after letting it sit for awhile it was still not red. In general I wouldn’t say I am disappointed as it was very good when I used it for the red velvet cake but for the frosting it took me awhile to figure out what to do. To get the shining colour red; ( I heated my icing in the microwave for couple of seconds which gave me the colour I wanted, but you can see the colour difference between the pipping)

I love the color! A little goes a long way!
