My daughter had a set of these we used this summer to dry fruit and make fruit leather. When it came time to buy our own, my wife insisted on this brand even though they were a few dollars more expensive than many others. She likes the border which gives her a frame of reference for the edges of the fruit slurry for leather. Also, the quality is superior to many others - sturdy but easy to clean and long lasting. They are the gold standard for our dehydrating needs.

AAAAAThese are the second best of reusable oven cooking mats. I love these and won’t ever be using aluminum foil ever again as long as I have these mats.

Oh to not have the things I dehydrate stick to the trays anymore! Wonderful. These silicone mats are great. The items I dehydrate don't stick anymore, they're easy to clean and dry and I store them right in the dehydrator when not in use - although, these mats do have a lot of other uses around the kitchen, I'm finding out! I highly recommend them. Two thumbs up.

I have learned to use parchment paper instead. You do have to cut to size but you can use each sheet many times over and there is no sticking at all. Parchment rules.

These work great in my dehydrator. Easy clean up. Would definitely recommend them to others.
