I was skeptical, but still desperate, after reading the reviews. This supplement actually works! The first 2 or 3 nights I felt nothing but kept taking, figuring it couldn't hurt. Now I can't sleep without it. It helps me stay asleep all night and no grogginess in the morning. It's worth a shot if you have trouble staying asleep.

Not as good as I'd hoped
I was taking Benadryl, which knocks me out. I was looking for a natural alternative and this didn't do it for me. If I wake up in the night (snoring hubby), I can't go back to sleep. I'm back on Benadryl for now.

Crazy Dreams
