The bag appears to be well made and is visually appealing - perhaps on par with higher end Italian bags. It is definitely as advertised.I would recommend a redesign that would include more internal sections or compartments to separate laptop from files, papers, etc. and an external zippered compartment. Despite this, the bag is very roomy inside and easily accommodates my laptop and accessories, cell phone, wallet, papers, etc.
