Well, it depends. This pen works well for left-handed women. Unfortunately, right-handed women have not responded to success with this pen. If your 'friend' is left-handed she will be so happy with this pen. Guaranteed. But if she's right-handed she will have a mental block when trying to write even something as simple as her name. Perhaps you could convince her to identify as a left-handed woman, then you'll notice a smile creep across her face from the moment she sees the pen. Hello Marcella, I took a vid with my phone for your reference. As you can see in the video, the silver (pearl gray) pen is almost the same color as the silver pedestal, while the dark gray one is much darker.
