Purchased this device a few weeks ago and it is worth every penny. Read the instructions CAREFULLY and you’ll set yourself up for success. I recommend reading through the longer instruction manual first, then once you understand what you’re doing, augment that with the quick-setup guide. A piece of advice: the instructions and illustrations for taking off the front facia are not super clear. There are two tabs underneath the front of the machine that you have to depress before you attempt to remove it - this is the piece that gives you access to the filters. I talked to the general manager of Airiver with some other operational questions I had and he was super helpful. This is terrific device with terrific support. Highly recommended.

I’ve had this unit for 2 years. We love it but it seems the company has gone belly up and I’m having trouble finding replacement parts. I am going to try the replacement carbon filters and UV membrane from the Nube machine. Anyone know where I can get a replace air filter or nozzle?

Bought this about a year ago, now it's time for filters and nobody answers the phone or emails. This company is useless!

Does what it says but is very noisy! The water taste great but doesn’t produce at any great volumes in the Seattle area so it runs constantly.But you can’t get used to how loud it is. I usually have to turn it off when guest come over and when watching tv or talking to someone. I have had two of these and the first one was even noisier! They did change that one out for this current one. The owner called me and said it would get quieter over time. That never happen, if anything it got louder.If you are the market for one of these, do your research on these.

We had an Airiver water generator machine replaced because of defects. The owner worked with us and sent us a replacement in perfect condition! He called us back this morning to check in with us and we ran the machine for him to hear. We are all smiles! This company really stands by it's guarantee to satisfy their customers. Have had this unit for 4 weeks now. We live in Mid-Atlantic states and the unit is in our Kitchen. The machine is always running and it is LOUD. The unit specs promise it will run at +50dB but the reality is it runs at +64 dB (see attached screenshot). Our unit never really shuts off. We contacted the company via email and they blamed the loud unit on it being to cold in our house, it is 68! Overall, very disappointed. Have emailed back to the company seeking info on a repair/refund and they have ignored the past 3 emails we have sent. Save your $2000+, this company is doesn't live up to their promises.

First of all, I bought this during C-19 fiasco. So everyone was having supply line issues. My Nube SS30 arrive later than expected. No big deal. I wouldn't take a star away for that.I love this machine. I has worked very well for over two years now. I recently had a problem but was able to contact customer support and they walked me through a few thing and had it working in less than 20 minutes. I had gone a little too long without changing the filters.We have a family of 4 and have had up to 5 people visiting and using it without running out of water. I do live in a very humid location so we regularly have above 70% humidity. So for us this is a real blessing.
