Q: If you wear adult medium/female female medium size what size should I purchase?

I apologize, i bought these for my daughter. Its hard to say. Small was good for her, she is pretty tall for her age. The medium was too big for her as of now. She is about 4 ft 8" 70 lbs

Q: Is the sizing for children or adults?

To be honest it wont tell me which of the two this is. I bought two sizes the smaller one fit my daughter who is 10. The other was a little larger for maybe 12-14 year old
