Fascial Fitness: How to Be Vital, Elastic and Dynamic in Everyday Life and Sport

Very clear instructions
I had never heard of fascia until books like this popped up on Amazon's recommendations as I buy yoga books. Intrigued, I bought this book and find it very interesting to learn about this subject. The book is clearly written on good quality shiny paper with colourful illustrations. The exercises, from the basic 10 minutes twice a week recommended for beginners, to variations for people with particular physical needs, are very clearly explained and illustrated. The aim of the book is to help people to become more supple and to avoid or treat injury. As a sufferer from plantar fasciitis I look forward to doing the exercises which hopefully will help to prevent it returning, as well as doing the other exercises for overall wellbeing.

Great book would recommend it.
I have suffered with lumbar spine pain for a number of years. However with regular Yin yoga classes with an amazing teacher this has helped me so much. seriously reducing the pain in my lumbar spine via stretching the fascia. For this reason I bought the book to learn more about fascia and how my body works via it. This book has helped me understand more as well as providing exercises that I can do to, ensure my lower back stays in good shape. Great book would recommend it.

A must for all
Everyone should be made aware of this. We are all told to exercise diet and lose weight. We are told the same things over and over again. We are never told about this substance that runs through our intire body and what it causes. I urge everyone to buy and read this and become more aware of how our bodies work. Snd what we can do to prevent all those aches and pains, help the aging process and live a pain free life.

Faint faint, repetitive and drags on
Very faint print which makes the book difficult to read and enjoy. I also feel it is very repetitive and the book drags on. After reading the book the author could of written the content in a more concise way and the publisher could of least made the font larger and bolder for the reader. However on a positive the author enthusiasm in the field of fascia does show throughout the book.
