There are some glitches which need to be fixed....
The taste is not that bad in fact It is almost tasteless but I assume that is how the lemon balm tea is supposed to be. However the main problem is with the material of the tea bag, it is made of such material that doesn't allow the bag to deep into the water and keep floating on the surface resulting in not absorbing the tea and you are forced to deep it using a spoon or something suitable and it is irritating.....

Nice tea box with pyramid tea bags. The lemon balm leaves flavor is not very strong and fresh.
