This is our uni-ball Gel Impact pen however, we do manufacture a range of UM-170 pen`s also know as the Gel Stick; these contain our Super Ink and come in a greater range of colours. Q: When i ordered this item i was under the impression it was free delivery but when the item arrived, i found i have been charged. Why is this?
