i am 6 foot 1 inch and would normally order an Extra Large but in the case of these thermals i would say order two sizes bigger than you need ,the arms where half way up my forearms. In their favour is the fact that they are warm hence the 3 star rating , it would have been 1 star had they not been warm .

I liked these. After a few hours wearing them the sleeves shrunk to like half way up my forearm and became loose, havinf previously been alastic snug fit. Disappointed in these, not good quality, end result was short length of garment and sleeves look like 3/4 short. Warm but not value product... they just shrunk.. even before a wash..

I was a bit sceptical due to the price, however, they are good value and fit well. I have washed them and they have held their shape.
