I just have started using this. Make sure to read directions. Must hold under tongue for 20 seconds before swallowing, ake it 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after. You can notice the difference in one week. More energy and you begin to feel better.

I've taken every type of B12 that there is, all the way up to the injections. I've never seen much effect from it except the placebo effect at first. Maybe that's because I've been mega-dosing vitamins for half my life. I did start to notice what seemed to be an effect in the morning when I started swishing it like mouth wash for 1-2 minutes. I don't think it hurts at all. Since B12 is water soluble, anything my body doesn't use it just flushed out.The one issue I have is that the markings on the droppers are way cheap. They seemed to have corrected this issue somewhat, but even the newer markings seem to come off pretty easy.

I have been taking a pill form of Vitamin B12 for years, and I do swear by them!Having insulin resistance PCOS ever since I was a teenager, I found out in 2019 that I was Vitamin B deficient (which is common with PCOS) and my body saw a huge difference & improvement once I started supplementing B12; my energy levels & mood definitely improved.Love that this is a liquid form that is quickly & easily absorbed; I put 2ml under my tongue every morning, let it sit for a about 30 seconds before swallowing.This sublingual Vitamin B12 is really great, but I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5. Why?Because the dropper is garbage.First, you can barely see the lettering/numbers on it; at first, I thought it didn’t even have any. I had to shine a flashlight on the dropper to see them.Second, no matter how hard I try to suck up 1ml, the dropper will only fill to maybe .25ml, which is annoying.But, I had an extra dropper on hand, and I just use it instead.I still would recommend this product to anyone needing to supplement Vitamin B12 & who wants an easy, quick-absorption option instead of a pill.Just get you another dropper.

So, I wanted to really give self a chance to take this and try it out Regularly before submitting my review.I have to say that this is among my favorite brands of B12 now, and I am very picky about what kinds I take, & I always research the brands, important information and etc.I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. It was not overpowering or not too sweet. It was easy to keep in mouth and to take as directed, no problem at all.I like that the bottle was well sealed and that it's in a glass bottle. Those are two important factors to me as well. The dropper works great as well and gives the proper dosage. No issues with not getting the right amounts. It was pretty consistent at providing the same amounts each time. Not all droppers are equal this way. Another thing that may seem somewhat trivial but is important to me!I love that this is Vegan, Gluten Free, Gmo free and all the things you would want when trying to adhere to a specific healthier lifestyle that many are interested in, and these things being or importance.I like the dosaging for this especially when so many others on the market do not have a high enough value in dosage for me, but this one does.I noticed that this most definitely helped me to think clearer and helped in gaining more clarity. I did not feel as foggy headed.I also am always tired & fatigued, and this definitely helped im providing the body with a little more pep in my step, perse . A very natural increase in my energy. It's actually less noticeable as a increase in energy itself, but stronger in helping me not feel as fatigued or tired.That is huge for me.I will say that overall I just felt more in alignment and healthier and more supported mind, body, & emotions.This also helped me sleep better at night. I felt more rested in less time. I was in a deeper sleep more quickly.I feel like it also helped balance some anxiety, slight depression caused from fatigue and hashimoto & hypothyroidism issues for me, I believe.Overall I am happy with this supplement and certainly saw differences in the way I have felt. It definitely seems like a gradual increase after taking regularly.I feel like it absorbed well into my body in taking as directed on the bottle. The value for money I feel is good and has lasted longer than I thought it would.It doesn't give me jitters or make me uncomfortable in any way at all.I'm happy with this product and so glad I tried it!
