CB Old Country Store Hickory Smoked Bacon Jerky, 30% Less Fat than Beef Jerky, 6 pack

I ordered this to satisfy my bacon jerky craving, but honestly I've found that the Walgreens brand (Nice!) is much better, weirdly enough. This bacon jerky is crumbly, slightly dry, and is NOT in strips of bacon, but random crumbles and small gristly pieces. I ate it all, because hey it's still bacon jerky and I wouldn't kick it out of bed for eating crackers. But there are better brands out there for sure. Disappointed in the CB brand.

The taste is fine, but the pieces are really small — more like bacon bits than jerky.

It tastes fine, and it has a good texture that's not greasy or flabby like some bacon jerkys. But it could do with some additional flavor (maple? brown sugar? spices?). And it's a bit pricey.

Bought these for my two sons...they love it...subscribed to it...I'm not a big meat person but i must admit this is very good...

Great stuff, excellent flavor, less greasy than most of the competition.

Perfect for travel and hiking.
