Wild Nutrition General Living Food-Grown Vitamin B Complex Plus 60 caps

My friend takes these supplements as advised by her mum who’s a nutritionist. My immunity was so bad over the summer when I was stressed about my dissertation, house move and new job, and consequently I had recurring tonsillitis/strep throat. My friend recommended these to me and *touch wood* I have not been ill since (while people around me have been coughing and sniffing!!) My whole family now take them and we swear by them. Good health is priceless so they are definitely worth it!!
