- Letters are approximately 1/4" (7mm) tall. Mini size letters are ideal for embossing rolled fondant on cookies, cupcakes, or to emboss small accents on cakes. Set of 55 embossers. Set includes multiples of the same letter. Numbers are sold separately. Letters snap together. Embossers are made of food-grade plastic. Emboss sugarpaste, modelling paste, rolled fondant, gum paste, modeling chocolate, cookie dough and more. The embossers can also be used with clay. If using the embossers with non-food material, the embossers should not be used for food. Instructions are included with the embossers.
