Bolted right on. Nice quality.
I like the quality, the bolt holes lined up perfectly . only thing is you really need a lift or a way to get the back of the car way up in the air to make it easy to install if you're doing it yourself.And just an installation tip, the wedge washer is for the driver side rear most bolt between the frame of the hitch and the frame of the car it's not described in the directions and you don't know it until you get the bolt through the frame of the car. Installation also goes easier if you disconnect the rubber exhaust hanger on the passenger side rear of the exhaust and let the exhaust hang a bit won't hurt the exhaust at all. Good luck and enjoy!

Pain in the xxx. Had to haul this big thing back to the ups store. Thanks! big waste of time. Selling used as new seems to be a thing. Can one get rich off this?

Good little hitch
Wasn't too hard to put on. The bolt guide wires worked amazingly well. Hitch worked great on the last 2 trips I used it on. Use it for a luggage rack.

Easy installation
Fit the 2019 Trax perfectly. Watched video installation before I tried to install it, I had no issues installing it myself. Took about 1 hour to install.
