Lovely flavour but doesn't mix very well.
I loved the flavour but it takes ages to mix this powder and it keeps settling in bottom of container. Won't buy again

Forget the usual EAA and intra and get this. Yes, might be a bit pricey, but you have only one body and you should always get the best.This brand has brought the supplements to the next level and this helps me to finish my training and speed up my recovery.The taste is sublime, but too sweet though…and mixes instantly

This product is expensive on the face of it, but if you delve a little deeper and look into the ingridients and the quantities of them then it really is a steal.Im tall at 6ft 8" and i take the 4 recommended scoops spaced out evenly across the day, I would say unless you are quite a big or tall guy, you dont need to take the full 4.It tastes good, mixes well and it it has a massive convenience factor of not having to take lots of seperate supplements (the list of different items in this product is mind blowing). It encourages you to increase your fluid intake at the same time and contains joint support ingredients.I havent had any problems with digestion since i started taking this, which has been a problem for me in the past with other brands.I would reccommend this to anyone looking to improve their fitness, not just the bodybuilding community.
