I had been looking at heated scarves and found myself on this website , scarf looked nice and reasonably priced ( for a heated scarf)When I unpacked the new scarf , I found it was not heated but had a xtra heat retention pads .It was purchased as a Christmas present for my daughter so too late to change,It’s hard to say but I’m guessing it wasn’t misrepresented but I was viewing it as a heated scarf ( that was my search ) but it’s just a scarf
