I love that it is square, cooking bacon, etc., however it has begun to stick a little and has some nicks in it. I have been careful to use non metal utensils while cooking it the pan, but the nicks and scratches have appeared. I have had the pan about 6 months or more.

It cooks evenly and fast. I did have an issue while sautéing some vegetables. The food did stick and burn and it was quite an effort trying to get all the burn marks out.

At first it really work, as it's aging, it will have lesser amount of heat from burner to bottom of frying pan. It easy to clean after the use.

I loved this pan for the first few weeks. It was large and had a nice copper look. The non-stick coating has started to wear after 3 months. I am giving this 4 stars because I did use the pan nearly once a day for 4 months. That's at minimum a 120 uses and the coating is still standing. It may not be brand new but with a coat of nonstick spray, it is lasting so far. You also have to keep in mind that it is not a $100 pan. So for the money, I would recommend it with use of a cooking spray with low heat. I generally cook breakfast on this guy. Sausage, eggs, and bacon.

Like any other pan after period of time. Has 3 features make it still good pan. 1 cover 2. baking in it is great, and 3. even when the food does stick it still cleans up very easy. I do have a chip even though I spent money and bought new silicon tools to use just not to chance chips or problems didn't work though.

Got this super fast! the shipping was fast and the packaging was well done.The pan is light, but seems to be well made and I really like the cladding on the bottom for induction. Unfortunately, I don't have an induction stove yet so I wasn't able to test cook in it. But the lid is quality and I expect, with the quality of the bottom cladding, the pan should fry well. It's good looking and the finish is nice. I will update when I get to cook in it.

Only used it once....it was very good....Hoping it will continue to so ....cannot beat the great price
