My son-in-law loves cooking and his pan had seen better days also the handle got hot and he had burned himself more than once. This fits the bill because the handle keeps cool and the pan is a bit bigger than the old one. More useful now the boys are growing up

Happy to find this still available so I could replace previous one used for at least 10 years. Doesn't stick is easy to clean and the lid ensures steam and aromas are kept inside, thereby hastening cooking time and making for more flavour. I love it. !

Practical and useful, good that you can put it in the dishwasher. I've had it for some time and it is still as good as new.

This item sung all it's own praises, and it sounded fab. However after a couple of months the none-stick coating began to lift, every time it went in the dish washer. Total waste of money, I have gone back to a large frying pan and chucked it out.

Like other people who have bought this pan,it was ok at first,but now 9 month down the line the "NON STICK COATING" HAS STARTED TO COME OFF.The pan has not been used on a regular basis,and NEVER BEEN SUBJECT TO ANY ABRASIVE PADS ETC when cleaning it.Very disappointed,after all it was not cheap.Take note of your customers reviews Amazon.Stan The Man.

The item was of good quality and at an acceptable price. The service was good. The only issue I had was that there was not an adequate enough description of the item in that I anticipated a pan type object and actually it was more wok shaped.

Have been using this particular pan for years and it's so good that I always get and keep a replacement in storage. Use this as a wok and it has just the perfect weight and balance to be able to 'toss' the food whilst cooking instead of stirring.

- Vorwort -Ich bin ehrlich, bei diesem Produkt habe ich es mit dem Lesen der Produktbeschreibung irgendwie verschwitzt, die Maße der Pfanne zu beachten. Ich habe mir nur das Foto angeguckt, und habe eine relativ flache Pfanne erwartet. Als sie dann kam, war ich überrascht, es handelt sich eher um eine Art Wok-Pfanne! Die Pfanne ist nämlich ziemlich hoch! Da das mein Fehler war, gibt es dafür aber natürlich keinen Punkteabzug.Da ich ein Küchenjunkie bin, habe ich die Pfanne behalten. Erwähnt sei auch: Ich habe sie im Warehouse Deals für ~12€ im Zustand "wie neu" erstanden!- Verarbeitung -Die Pfanne ist meiner Meinung nach ziemlich gut verarbeitet, die Beschichtung ist sauber, der Boden nahezu 100% plan und der Griff scheint sehr stabil, auch dank der Gummierung. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es für den Deckel. Der Griff wurde mit einer Art Gummischlauch ummantelt, der aber hin und her gedrückt werden kann. Auf Dauer kann sich dort auch wunderbar Flüssigkeit drunter sammeln.Ich habe dazu auch mal ein Foto angefertigt.- Benutzung der Pfanne -Statt wie geplant ein Steak drin zu braten, habe ich die Pfanne zum ersten Mal benutzt, um Gemüse drin zu schmoren. Zucchini, Möhren und Paprika ließen sich super auch auf hohen Temperaturen wie in einem Wok anbraten. Da die Grundfläche relativ klein ist (14cm) und der hohe Rand nicht so heiß wird, kann man gut das fertig gegarte an den Rand schieben und den Rest in die Mitte.Der Griff wurde dabei nicht mal annähernd warm. Der Deckel schließt gut ab und bietet ein kleines Loch für austretenden Dampf, damit er nicht klappert.- Fazit -Zwar erstmal ein Fehlkauf (Eigenverschulden) aber ein guter! Für den geringen Preis sowieso ein Schnäppchen und zum Normalpreis auch absolut in Ordnung. für den preis ist sie unschlagbar gut, sie lässt sich auch sehr gut reinigen ,und durch den hohen rand passt auch viel hinein.mfg h.p.
