Works well with Torque / Dash driving apps for Android.
I bought this so I could apps like Torque and Dash on my Android phone (a Nexus 5). Plugged it into my car (2007 1.2l petrol Skoda Fabia hatch), paired and connected to the device via Bluetooth no problem! Pretty short time between data updates (multiple updates per second). Turns off automatically after a couple of minutes of the car being turned off, so you can leave it plugged in and it will not drain the battery. It's about as compact as these things come, too. Feels fairly well-built. Couldn't be happier.

now triggering MILs, error codes, occasionally car will not start
worked for a few months but now triggering MILs (and error codes) on my dash, occasionally car will not start with this unit plugged into OBD interface. Has caused me concern (until I worked out it was due the chinese PCB soldering on this device). NB Yes, the issues are related to this deice; MILs, failure to start etc have developed regardless of whether an external bluetooth device (i.e smartphone) is connected and active (with app like Torque, etc) or not.

Good product difficult to pair with my phone
This works well once paired. Scanned my Subaru WRX with ease using Torque down loaded for free from google play. Only difficulty is the pairing with my phone. Basically you have to pair the phone before opening Torque the code is 1234. If you do not the unit it does not work. Only other key point is that I needed to have the ignition or I got a false "No codes"
