These are great Valentine Heart Shaped pans. I used them to make various sizes of pumpkin bread for my kids and grandkids. They are sturdy and it is so incredibly easy to remove the cake or breads from the pan. The only issue I had was that the largest pan had a defect when I received it. Where the two pieces meet in the back it appeared dented. So there was a gap between the backplate and the back of the pan. I had to use foil to line the pan so the mixture wouldn't leak out, The other two pans were perfect and I used them without issue.
