As advertised, everything I needed.
These things are just a plastic tube but when used with an 18650 battery in a flashlight is all you need. I have several flashlights that I purchased here on Amazon the advertised the ability to use the 18650 battery. This makes them actually work reliably. I wish I had found them earlier.

Love these. With these sleeves you can take out the three pack AAA batteries in a flashlight and replace them with a single lithium 18650 battery in this sleeve. I've turned all my flashlights into rechargeables and still have the option to use batteries if needed.

Solves one problem; creates another small problem
The diameter and circumference of this sleeve are perfect. They eliminate the 18650 battery's rattling from side to side. So, this product earns a grade of 5 for solving that problem. But, the sleeve is approximately 1/4" shorter than the battery from top to bottom. When I slip both the sleeve and the battery into the flashlight, the sleeve slips down another 1/2" or so because the contact for the positive end of the battery is a spring and it stands proud of the bottom of the internal cylinder of the flashlight. And the tail switch on the flashlight stands proud of the tail end of the internal cylinder of the flashlight, too. The sleeve can slide up and down within the internal cylinder of the flashlight and that means the sleeve can make noise when the flashlight moves up/down or is turned from facing up to facing down. This product earns a grade of 3 for the peculiar new noise and an averaged grade of 4. If the sleeve were taller, we could cut it to fit and then this would earn a 5.

Measure first...
These don't turn every 3 battery flashlight into an 18650 flashlight. I have three 3 Battery flashlight and it didn't work for any of them. Check out the measurement first. Ya, I know I should have, just sayin'.
