Love the colour of the grey & love the fact that the straps can be adjusted. Bags of room, pardon the pun, and can fit laptop, phone, purse and loads of other things. It's a little heavier than other bags I've had but that's probably because of the material it's made from, which makes it nice & sturdy. Hard, flat bottom so if you're taking your lunch to work, it won't topple over and spill. Would definitely recommend

This bag was a Xmas present for Granddaughter. I was well impressed with quality and style, great value for money and Granddaughter loved it as it's a good size for school work and an all round everyday bag.
