Q: Will this work with hospital beds?

It works for most bed frames but it MUST have a side rail. If you scroll down past the measurements there’s a picture of the underside of the tray to where it shows you how it screws these clamps to the bed rail. If your bed has similar rail as in one of the pictures then yes it will work, but if it doesn’t then NO. Of course you can just order it to see if it works to be sure because it’s so easy to return it to Amazon at no cost to you. I hope this helps answer your question.
