This is great Juicer. I am very pleased with it. Easy to clean too and looks very smart. Highly recommend it.

The 2nd filter broke after 3 weeks, the juicer is on its way back to ANNDy now.. It works brilliantly, but you at 3 weeks per filter it is not really practical!My original review is below - i've changed it from a 1 to a 5 star.. the company read my review, contacted me and sent a new filter within a week.. so gret customer service. Hopefully this filter will last longer than the first one. But can't fault their service6 weeks in and the fine filter has broken. I think you can expect it to last for a lot longer than that. The other filter it comes with lets a lot of pulp through, so the juice is quite 'soupy' and not very nice to drink. The juicer worked fine up to this point, but I think 6 weeks is no way nearly enough of a life span. There is also no easy way to contact the seller for a replacement, nor are they for sale on Amazon. So if you want more than 6 weeks worth of juice, might not be worth it.

I love this Slow juicer.It makes a great tasting juice.Handles very hard veg with ease.Easy to put together & looks very impressive on my kitchen counter top.I'm very happy

If you are trying to juice carrots please cut them into very small pieces as I have totally ruined my juicer after only a month. The teeth on the bottom of the large rotating screw/grinder have all sheered off and the internal basket/sieve has snapped ....apart from this I love it but I need to know where I can buy spare parts ???? Any help

With this juicer you have to boil sweet potato's cut in small pieces before juicing with this juicer.Beautiful juicer ,however not design for hard food such as pumpkin ,beets and fruits such as apple unless you are prepared to spend a long time cutting up . Webpage info does not enclose this info in details until you read the guide book after purchaseCareful don't be disappointed like me who had a refund after several attempt with the seller. One bit of a nightmare.

This juicer is great!! Easy to use and easy clean function is very convenient. It's very efficient and extracts a lot of juice from ingredients. I'm chef myself and using it to get juice from parsley leaves was very easy and it kept colour of juice very vibrant and green. Great value for money and I'll recommend it to everyone

It's not very 'user-friendly' - difficult to take apart and put back together. The instructions lead you to believe that you can just put water through it to clean it, but it has so many compartments that you have to take it apart and use tools/fingers to pull the juiced vegetables/fruit out. I'd give it a miss.
