Great for BBQ and skillet cooking.
My wife has complained for years after trying multiple different "oven mitts" sold in cooking stores. None would protect against high heat when using a cast iron skillet, or high-temp BBQ. I bought her these, and she is Very happy.

Perfect
I know these are usually for protection of welding or other things like that. I use it for wood working projects. The gloves are little loose on my fingers but the quality material is perfect. I have tested it to see if it would burn the gloves and it didn’t. You couldn’t even feel it on my hand it only got slightly warm.
