Dell XPS 15-9520 Laptop i7-12700H, 16GB , 1TB SSD, RTX 3050Ti, 15.6" FHD+ (Renewed)

The laptop was packaged in the original DELL delivery box, not the official laptop product box, which is to be expected as mentioned on the advert. The laptop itself is packaged well with padding to protect it, as well as scratch resistant plastic. Having turned the laptop on, everything seemed well, and there is a full Windows 11 Pro license loaded onto it, and is factory reset, all clean and no unknown files or programs left on it. There's no scratches on the laptop, either on the outer case or within on the keyboard/screen. The touch screen works as intended, and there doesn't appear to be any part of it that doesn't work. All the keys on the keyboard are working, and none of the letters worn off. I haven't managed to test the webcam yet, but overall, I am very happy with the quality of the laptop.Included in the box:- Dell XPS 15 laptop- Dell 130W AC adapterOne downside, is that the advert clearly states "All Amazon Renewed laptop purchases will come with accessories that may not be original, but will be compatible and fully functional.", however the Dell XPS range of laptops all come with a "(1) USB-C to USB-A v3.0 & HDMI v2.0 adapter (included in the box)", and this is not included in the box with this purchase. After sending a message to the seller, they advised that it's not included, therefore the advert is falsely advertising that all laptop purchases will come with accessories, because it doesn't. The advertisement should be changed or updated to clearly state what is and isn't included in the box. I'm unsure if this is something set by Amazon themselves, or the seller, but due to this, I cannot give the product 5 stars, as I cannot plug my monitor into the laptop without having to now purchase an additional adapter that I thought would be included, as it is with other Dell XPS purchases.The delivery arrived a day earlier than expected, which was nice. The outer plastic packaging was a little torn on one corner, but this did not impact the laptop or box packaging at all.EDIT: It seems a new "What's in the box" category has now been included in the advert.

Great laptop overall, not loud, not getting too hot and performs well for everyday tasks, however, the sizing of touch pad is ridiculous. There is literally no way of NOT touching it with your hands while typing. Also due to the enormous unnecessary size you always unintentionally touching it which leads to unpredictable clicks on the screen.Other than that great laptop and quality built.
