This stuff is great. I'm a very light sleeper so any movement usually wakes me up and I'm then up all night. Although it doesn't help me fall to sleep, it keeps me in a deep enough sleep that I'm unable to be easily disturbed. Highly recommend

I’ve been taking this once a day in the evening to help me with my sleep. I do feel like it helps to keep me calm and my thoughts calm when I wake up in the night. It did take some time to feel some effect. I think it was about 15 days until I felt a bit of a difference.

They smell incredible, like a fresh herbal tea. I'll give them 5 stars just for that. Prev holy basil I had smelled of nothing really. On basis this isn't a fragrance that's been added it makes me feel these are strong and fresh.As for how good they are well.. hard to really tell. I take them with a concoction of other stuff and feel pretty good. They can't do me any harm so only an upside from taking them.Bit of a herbal aftertaste but it's quite a nice one. Yeah I'm happy.

I have been taking these for 3 weeks. After the first week I noticed my anxiety had lessened Now after 3 weeks I feel even better. My panic has eased tremendously. I would recommend these.

Whoever wrote the information on the label obviously has never used the product. Of all the Holy Basil products tried it was the least effective. So not the BEST as it proclaims.

I can't say I noticed any difference when taking these but I acknowledge that they have potential health benefits and other customers may have had better results? Couldn't honestly recommend because of this.

I usually buy the Now Foods Brand as I like the quality and I like the free help I get talking to a nutritionist. This had an excellent price so i tried several bottles. I usually take 2 pills about an hour before work and 2 pills before I go to bed at night. Holy Basil has stopped me from having a heart attack from all the stress at work.I recently sent a friend in CA two bottles of this brand and Now Foods Brand. My friend was using it for stress and I also recommended she take this for her High Blood Pressure. A few days later my friend emailed me stating the Holy Basil has helped her with the stress and High Blood Pressure. My friend has been on Holy Basil for a month. She has now stopped taking her High Blood Pressure meds. I believe she told me the Holy Basil drop her HBP down quite a bit.I personally take all vitamins, herbs and essential oils. No side effects so far unlike the medication on the market.

I’ve tried other supplements to help with joint inflammation and stress. Turmeric and ginger root made me feel jittery. Ashwaghanda made me feel weird and garlic didn’t do anything at all. I wish I would have known about Basil sooner. The first time I took a capsule I felt more calmed down within minutes. It’s too soon to notice if it’s helping with joint pain but for sure I’m more relaxed. Take a capsule with food or you may burp up Basil which wasnt bad. I love the flavor anyways. $9 for 60 day supply two per day is a good price. I’ll be ordering more when needed !

I have been taking this supplement for about 6 months now and I can really tell a difference in my mood. I am normally skeptical of herbal supplements, but I like to give them a try. I really noticed the difference this made when I ran out and in a couple days I was grumpy and more stressed and then it clicked that this is really working! I take 1 capsule every night before bed along with 5-HTP. I sleep fine and have never noticed any side effects. I'm not sure how this brand compares with others as this is the only one I have tried. I have seen a few cheaper ones out there, but since this is working so well for me I don't want to change a thing!I have always struggled with depression and stress and have tried other prescription anti-depressants with unplesant side effects. This has really made me a much happier person and so much more laid back. Little things that used to stress me out before don't even phase me now!

Taking this gave me a feeling of being relaxed and super calm. This is great if you are operating on high stress unable to come down. However the flip side is that it made me super sleepy and unmotivated. This doesn't help when you've got a full day ahead of you where you need to be focused, alert, and energetic. I'd recommend this for trying to fall asleep at night, but it certainly is not of benefit if you have work to do during the day. This was my personal assessment of this. Everyone's body chemistry is different and you may have another reaction, but this is what I experienced on my end. I'm not trying to sleep when I have work to do. I may use this only on those rare days when you're hit with one major stress after another or if I'm having difficulty in relaxing at night.

It lowered my stress and anxiety levels, assisted in falling asleep and made whatever situation I was involved with much easier to handle. The liquid form was a small bottle, expensive, often sold out, but it was fast acting. Wanting to find another source to purchase Holy Basil, I checked on Amazon and was pleasantly surprised at the savings. I tried Best Naturals Capsules and have found them to be equally as good, just takes a bit longer, as the liquid. If the day is extremely stressful or hectic I pair the Holy Basil with Now's L-theanine, 200 mg. A great aid for a good night's sleep.
